CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL AND REFUND POLICY.
Once the booking has been made and the appointment confirmed, we do not accept cancellations less than 48 hours in advance. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid in advance.
In exceptional circumstances, such as missed flights or illness, you must provide a certificate from the airline or doctor, indicating the booking number, date, time, telephone number, email address and contact person. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking.
If, for any reason, the number of people is reduced and you do not notify us 48 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the total amount of the booking. If, on the other hand, you increase the number of people, you must notify us one week in advance to check availability.
If you arrive 10 minutes late for your treatment, please note that late arrival will result in your treatment time being shortened so as not to inconvenience subsequent clients. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to provide the full service. In other words, if you have booked a package, we will only be able to offer the second part and you will be charged for the full treatment requested.
For hammam-only bookings, the session time during Ramadan will be at 15:45 and the rest of the year at 19:45.
Notification of health issues:
If you have any allergies, injuries or specific conditions, please inform the spa staff when making your booking or before undergoing treatment.
The orange bath may cause irritation to sensitive skin if the hammam has been taken beforehand. Please bear this in mind.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
