WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You don’t need to bring anything, as we provide a bath robe, flip flops, thongs for both men and women, a sealed exfoliation glove, shower gel, shampoo and a shower cap (on request), all included in the price.
WHERE CAN I STORE PERSONAL ITEMS?
We have lockers with a key at your disposal to store your clothes and personal items; you must always have the key in your possession and once the treatment is finished, you can leave it in the lock of the corresponding locker.
In addition, our staff is available at any time to help carry a suitcase or bag, with the possibility of leaving it at reception.
CAN I PAY BY CARD?
Yes, you can pay by card; we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
You can also pay by cash in EUROS and/or DIRHAMS.
WHAT LANGUAGE IS SPOKEN?
At reception we speak French, English, Spanish and Arabic.
WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT CONSIST OF?
Before starting, our reception staff will explain the selected treatment.
DO YOU ACCEPT GROUPS?
Yes, we accept groups; in this case you must tell us the combination you are interested in. The massage rooms are double, but more people can enter the Hamman room if they want. Once we know how many are in your group, we’ll suggest the best combination, and if you agree we can book it.
CAN YOU CLARIFY WHAT THE PACKS ARE?
When we speak of packs, we are referring to the type of treatment (for example, hamman+massage at a cost of 450 Dh); the pack prices offered on our website are always per person.
Tipping is generally not done. But if you would like to leave a tip, never give it directly to the professional who has attended you; instead leave it at reception at the end of the treatment, indicating who it is for.
If you have any questions or issues, please let us know at reception so that we can solve any problem that may arise before leaving the premises.
