Scalp and face massage (30 min) |

Relaxing massage (1 hour) The relaxing massage uses gentle techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and ease accumulated stress. It is particularly effective for tension and knots in the neck, shoulders, upper back or any other part of the body.
The massage therapist adjusts the pressure as required, working more deeply on areas of greater tension to help release tight muscles and promote a feeling of overall wellbeing. |

Drainage Massage (1 hour) This treatment is recommended for people who experience fluid retention, heavy or swollen legs, or circulatory issues. It uses a combination of movements to stimulate circulation, promote fluid drainage and support the body’s natural elimination of fat and toxins. |

Mixed Massage (1 hour) The mixed massage is a personalised treatment that combines two complementary techniques. From the waist upwards, a relaxing massage is applied to promote circulation, rest and mind–body connection. From the waist downwards, a drainage massage is performed to stimulate the lymphatic system. This allows the benefits of both treatments to be enjoyed in a single session. |

Maroccan Massage (1 hour) This is a sports-style massage recommended for people who take part in physical activity, whether professionally or recreationally. It involves deep, intensive work on the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) to improve performance, speed up recovery and help prevent injury. Firm, energetic movements are used throughout the treatment. |

Hot stones massage (1 hour) This is a gentle, sensory massage performed using heated basalt stones. It is a therapy of Eastern origin that works on both the physical and mental levels, helping to release muscular tension and restore energetic balance. A total of 20 stones are used, which are placed with light pressure on the chakras. |
